Pelvic floor physiotherapy is a speciality area of physiotherapy, which focuses on the care of women in relation to their pelvic floor muscles, bladder, and bowel habits.

Conditions that are commonly managed by women’s health physiotherapists include:

Maven Centre’s physiotherapist, Anny Beauchamp, completed her physiotherapy training at LaTrobe University, followed by post-graduate training in continence and pelvic rehabilitation. She has worked as a pelvic floor physiotherapist for over twenty years, and brings a wealth of expertise to our team.
